Germany service overview

Onsite IT engineers for partners with clients in Germany

Germany was our largest delivery country in 2026. Most of that work was resident L1/L2 support at an end client's sites on a monthly contract, alongside break/fix dispatch visits.

We don't have an office in Germany. Every placement and ticket is run from our UK head office under one contract with GoPro Consultants Ltd, and the engineer works to your process and under your brand at your client's site.

How it works

How dispatch and engineer placement work in Germany

Placing a resident engineer

  1. You send the role, site, hours, language and planned start date.

  3. The engineer completes your onboarding, access and ticketing setup.
  4. We confirm the start date and the monthly terms.
  5. We manage attendance, leave cover and replacements, and report monthly.

Dispatching a ticket

  1. You send the address, task, tier and your reference.
  2. We confirm an engineer and the expected arrival time.
  3. The engineer gets your procedure, site contact and parts details.

Germany field services FAQs

Do you have an office in Germany?

No. Placements and tickets in Germany are managed from our UK head office in Crawley, under one contract with GoPro Consultants Ltd. Engineers work at your client's site.

Do your engineers speak German?

Tell us the language your client's users need. We confirm each shortlisted engineer's languages before a placement starts or an engineer is dispatched.

How quickly can a resident engineer start?

Day-rate backfill can often start at short notice. For a long-term placement we confirm a start date when we send you the shortlist, as it depends on the role and location.

Can you invoice in euros?

Yes, in GBP, USD or EUR.

Do you offer 4-hour response in German cities?

Only in some major cities, and only when we confirm it for the ticket. Most dispatch work in Germany runs on next business day or scheduled visits.

Can engineers work under our brand?

Yes. Engineers attend as your team and refer any commercial or scope question back to you.

Can one resident engineer cover several nearby sites?

Yes, if the travel fits the agreed hours; we agree the site rota with you.
