Field Engineer Dispatch & Smart Hands in 50+ Countries

Vetted onsite engineers on 4-hour, SBD or NBD response, booked per ticket

When your client’s site needs hands on hardware, we send a vetted engineer from our network of 4,200+, brief them on your task and send you a report with photos within 24 hours.

What a dispatch covers

Break/fix and parts swaps, hardware installs, smart hands under your NOC’s instructions, cabling and patching, site checks at unmanned (dark) sites, and engineer onboarding or training visits for your own programmes. See also break/fix subcontracting and smart hands and data centre support.

Response tiers

  • 4-hour: major cities, for outages and critical hardware.
  • Same business day (SBD): tickets logged before the cut-off.
  • Next business day (NBD): standard break/fix and swaps.
  • Scheduled: an agreed date and time, including nights and weekends.

How a dispatch works

  1. You send the ticket: site, contact, task, parts and your SLA.
  2. We confirm the engineer and arrival time.
  3. The engineer works to your instructions, by phone or Teams if needed.
  4. You get a report within 24 hours: photos, serials, work done and anything outstanding.
