Resident & Backfill IT Engineers for Your Clients' Sites

Monthly FTE or short-term backfill, managed by one UK coordinator

Place a named engineer at your client’s site for months, or cover a gap for days or weeks. We find, brief and manage the engineer; you keep the client and one monthly invoice.

Roles we place

Deskside and L1/L2 support, network and infrastructure engineers, data centre technicians and site IT generalists who handle IMAC, hardware and users in one role. For deskside programmes see managed end user computing.

Monthly FTE or backfill

  • Monthly FTE: a dedicated engineer on agreed days and hours, with reporting and leave cover arranged by us.
  • Backfill: day-rate cover for leave, sickness, a project peak or a hiring gap, often starting at short notice.

How a placement works

  1. You share the role, site, hours, language and start date.
  2. We shortlist engineers and you interview them if you want.
  3. The engineer completes your onboarding and access steps.
  4. We manage attendance, leave cover and monthly reporting.

Current placements

Resident L1/L2 engineers in Germany for over nine months, and a resident engineer in Italy, both for IT service providers supporting their own clients. More on IT resource outsourcing.
