Resident and backfill engineers
L1/L2 engineers on monthly contracts, or day-rate cover for leave and sickness.
Resident engineersHome › Global Coverage › Germany
Resident L1/L2 engineers and dispatched field engineers at client sites across Germany, for MSPs, TPM vendors and IT outsourcing companies.
Germany service overview
Germany was our largest delivery country in 2026. Most of that work was resident L1/L2 support at an end client's sites on a monthly contract, alongside break/fix dispatch visits.
We don't have an office in Germany. Every placement and ticket is run from our UK head office under one contract with GoPro Consultants Ltd, and the engineer works to your process and under your brand at your client's site.

Regions and cities
We take placements and tickets across the federal states. For each site we confirm an engineer, and for dispatch the response tier, before you commit.
Field engineering services

L1/L2 engineers on monthly contracts, or day-rate cover for leave and sickness.
Resident engineers

Engineers per ticket or day rate for faults, installs and site visits.
Field engineer dispatch
Part swaps for TPM and hardware vendors, closed on your ticket.
Break/fix subcontracting
Rack and stack, cabling and swaps in colocation and on-premise data centres.
Data centre support
Engineers work your tickets in your system and report only to you.
White label ITResident L1/L2 and backfill
Our German work is mostly resident: an engineer at your client's site on agreed days, handling deskside and hardware tickets in your ticketing system.

Who we support
Onsite support for clients in Germany without opening a German branch or hiring locally.
Break/fix engineers for German maintenance contracts, worked to your SLA and procedure.
Resident engineers for an end client's German sites, managed under your contract.
Install and run-phase engineers for projects at German sites.
Verified Germany delivery
For a European IT services company we provided resident L1/L2 engineering at its end client's sites in Emmerich and Munich, billed monthly from January to September 2026.
The engineers handled deskside and hardware tickets and followed the IT company's ticketing process; we managed attendance, leave cover and monthly invoicing. We also handled a break/fix dispatch in Frankfurt for the same partner. Client names are kept confidential.
Response tiers
Resident engineers work agreed hours on site. For dispatch, we confirm the engineer and tier for each address when we accept the ticket; there are no fixed city guarantees.
An engineer on site on agreed days and hours, on a monthly contract.
Planned visits at an agreed date and time, including installs and change windows.
Next business day for break/fix, where an engineer is available.
Faster tiers in some major cities only, confirmed per ticket before you commit.
Tier definitions are on field engineer dispatch.
How it works
Reporting and SLAs
Placements are reported monthly and tickets per visit, so you can pass the figures straight to your client.
