What counts as one IMAC task?
A single defined activity at one location, such as installing a desktop, moving a user's equipment, adding a monitor or decommissioning a device. Bulk work, such as 50 desk moves over a weekend, is quoted as a project.
Can you handle an office move over a weekend?
Yes. We plan the sequence with your facilities and IT teams, label and track every asset, and have users working on Monday morning, with engineer numbers scaled to the move.
Do you supply hardware or only labour?
Our core service is labour and coordination. We receive hardware shipped to site or to our engineers, and procurement support is available on request.
How do you record asset serials and photos?
Engineers capture serials, asset tags, before and after photos and user sign-off on every task, in your system or our visit report, sent within 24 hours.
Do you offer IMAC in data centres?
